Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking with Bonnie’s Bark Park.

By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.

  1. All dogs attending Bonnie’s Bark Park must be included on the booking and the required information provided when requested.

  2. Payment must be made at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

  3. Bookings are non-refundable. You may change the date and/or time of your booking once, provided that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled booking time. Any change is subject to availability.

  4. No-shows are non-refundable.

  5. Your time slot is reserved exclusively for you and your party. Please arrive on time. Arriving late will not extend your booking, and you must leave promptly at the end of your booked time slot. Please allow enough time to collect your dog(s), pick up any mess and leave the facility before your booking ends.

  6. Any vehicle, equipment or personal property brought onto the site is left at the owner’s risk. Bonnie’s Bark Park cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

  7. Although our fences, walls and gates are designed to minimise the risk of escape, you are responsible for assessing whether the boundaries are suitable for your dog(s) before allowing them off the lead. Owners remain responsible for supervising their dogs throughout their visit.

  8. The premises will be inspected regularly; however, damage may occur from time to time. If you notice any damage or issues, please let staff know straight away.

  9. Dogs must be kept on a lead until they are inside the facility and the entrance gate is securely closed.

  10. You are responsible for supervising your dog(s) during off-lead exercise and for deciding whether it is appropriate for your dog, taking into account their behaviour and recall ability.

  11. You are responsible for the behaviour and actions of your dog(s) and must supervise them at all times while using the facility.

  12. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. You must remain with and supervise your dog(s) throughout your visit.

  13. You are responsible for deciding whether play equipment and enrichment activities are suitable for your dog(s) and for supervising your dog(s) while they are being used.

  14. You must pick up after your dog(s) and dispose of waste in the bins provided. Deliberately failing to do so may result in you being refused future bookings at Bonnie’s Bark Park.

  15. By making a booking, you confirm that your dog is adequately vaccinated and protected against common infectious diseases appropriate to its age and circumstances.

  16. Dogs showing symptoms of illness must not use the facilities. Dogs that have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea must not attend until at least 48 hours after the symptoms have stopped.

  17. Dogs displaying behaviour that presents a risk to people must not attend Bonnie’s Bark Park. Dogs displaying aggressive or reactive behaviour towards other dogs must not attend group sessions, Paw-ties or other multi-dog activities unless specifically agreed by us. We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a booking if we reasonably consider a dog’s behaviour to present a risk to people or other dogs.

  18. Female dogs in season are not permitted to attend group sessions, Paw-ties or any other event involving multiple dogs.

  19. Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times and remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian.

  20. Customers are responsible for any food, treats or refreshments they bring onto the premises and for ensuring that they are suitable for their dog(s) and members of their party. Please take particular care where allergies or intolerances are known.

  21. You may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing damage caused by you, your dog(s), or members of your party where that damage results from misuse, negligence or failure to follow these Terms and Conditions.

  22. Please report any accident, injury, damage or other safety incident to us immediately.

  23. Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere on site.

  24. Bonnie’s Bark Park may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. We will let you know where photography or filming is taking place. If you do not wish you or your dog(s) to be included, please let us know. We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable images of children for promotional purposes.

  25. You are responsible for supervising your dog(s) and for using the facilities appropriately and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits Bonnie’s Bark Park’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

  26. Bonnie’s Bark Park reserves the right to refuse entry, end a session or cancel a booking where these Terms and Conditions have been breached, or where continued use of the facilities reasonably presents a risk to people, dogs or property.

  27. Bonnie's Bark Park reserves the right to close the facility temporarily or permanently, or to suspend operations at any time. Where possible, customers with existing bookings will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable and offered either an alternative booking date or a full refund.

  28. Bonnie’s Bark Park may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
